Started back in 2012 as general contractor based in Brooklyn, serving Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, we gradually evolve ourselves into a boutique developer in the same areas. We've been focusing on the same market in the past years, and providing residential services to the same group of people: our beloved New Yorkers.
